- Description: Sun Rays over layered ridge lines in Big Cottonwood Canyon, summer, Utah. I was mountain biking along a ridge line with all my 45 lbs with of camera gear when it started to down poor. I hiked up to a large pine tree and hunkered down hoping for a break. Sure enough...the clouds began to break and I quickly pulled out my camera. It was still raining and was difficult to keep the water of the lens. the rays lasted only a couple of seconds. I was very fortunate to capture this scene never to be duplicated again.
